I notice that the keyword "TEMP" is present in the body text of emails when the temperature goes HIGH or returns to NORMAL.  However, it is missing from the text of the message when the temperature goes LOW.  Can this be corrected?  When trying to automate things it is helpful to have a consistent format!  Thanks and best regards.

Sorry, I am not sure what you mean, the temperature keyword should be present in all 3 cases by default. From the web interface, press ">" button then choose "Customize Message" to change the message in the body and subject of emails. Maybe you are not aware someone else changed it and removed the temperature keyword.

Thank you very much!  That fixed it without any problem.
