Kumoapp randomly stops + loses geofence device selection

Hello - 

I have a standard kumoapp running that arms a tag when my iOS phone leaves the area, and disarms upon return.  It works...occasionally.  The app often stops for no apparent reason.  I just a message that says ""App has been stopped successfully".  But I didn't stop it.  I also have trouble trying to get it to start again.  Toggling the app to start (within iOS device) will fail.  There is no error, but after a minute or so, it'll show that it has toggled off again with the same "App has been stopped..." message.

One other thing that happens within this app is that it loses the device that the geofence is supposed to be tied to.  When I open the app, it will show no device selected, despite the fact that I had previously selected my device.

Any thoughts on what might be causing these issues?
