Wireless tag app is not detecting/associating wemo.

I have a WEMO insight switch, it has been updated to the latest version.  I have the newest version of the WEMO app and it works flawlessly with the Wemo switch. Remote access is enabled in the wemo switch.

I have just downloaded the newest version of the wirelesstag APP on android. And i want to associate the WEMO. Im on the same wifi as the wemo and when clicking the associate button I have set the app to find WEMO devices when it starts, but its not finding any WEMO devices. from the same mobile phone I can toggle the WEMO switch with the WEMO app but the wireless tag.net app does not find it..
