Update often, collect data a few times a day

Hi there, 

playing around with some of the settings, and I was wondering whether it is possible to have the sensors collect data every 5 or 10 mins (Update setting) but only send it over to the Tag Manager every hour or so. With this I want to get a good picture of temperarture and humidity changes, but only collect it a few times a day to safe battery. 

I currently have;

• Update; 10 mins
  
• Response Time; 4 secs
  
• Frequency; 439.04MHz
