Hi there,

Fairly new to using these loggers. One pro tagger has gone out of range and when taken out of the freezer its in and placed next to the tag manager it is not picking back up. When I pull out the battery and place it back in I get a beep, the logger will pick back up to the tag manager but the previous data is lost! Anybody got previous experience or help on this topic?

Thanks for reading!

Neil

The local memory on Pro tag is not flash memory. If you take out the battery the data on local memory will be lost. You need to use the app to ping the tag, then if any data is captured on the local memory because tag manager could not be reached, it will play back these data to the cloud. Because the cloud automatically searches out of range tag at specified interval, the play back will happen automatically when the tag is found back in range.
