seeing delays in open and closed events when normally instant. when doors close the app event takes a long time to update to closed status
do you know how long until fixed and back to the speedy alerts and logins?
thanks

Seeing the same problems.
Website takes 20+ seconds to load list of tags and sometimes times out.
Tags with local memory still have chunks of time yesterday with missing data where their stored data was not correctly synced when the service came back up.
Tag showing "-1.0" % humidity is listed as "too dry" even though it's monitoring thresholds are set to -10 and 10.

What is going on with this service?  When will normal operations be restored?

Checking the CPU usage and disk access stats, it does seem higher for the past 24 hours, but now it has came down to a normal level.  My guess is that SQL Server was doing re-optimizing its query statistics after going out of whack due to the disk filling up incident.  I will also be monitoring the expensive query and disk access for the next couple days to identify further possible performance issue.
