Operation timed out

Hi,

Tried a support ticket, but can't login to see if it even worked, says something about helpdesk administrator must approve.

I received my Tag manager and 5 temperature tags yesterday and tried to set them up.

Got the App working and registered my Tag Manager.

Pulled the battery plastic out of the tag,  and the search tag returned my first tag.

I renamed it and pressed the save and got 'Operation timed out' each time it was pressed.

There was no option other than to cancel.

After this search a new tag returns 'Operation timed out'

I opened the tag and reset it with the pins and heard the beep, but still 'Operation timed out'.

I took the battery out and started another Tag with the same results.

Currently I have the second tag on my desk blinking yellow, but can't search.

On the Tag manager the green cloud icon is on, and I have seen the 'wifi' looking light on.

Using TCPdump I can see the Tag manager is communicating with an IRC server on 6667.

Help...

Ok, took the device home and it seems to work ok, so its probably a networking issue.

Its a shame there isn't better error messaging, or FAQ on things than can be checked.

But looking good :)
