Hi SupportThe server is rebooted daily at 11:00am GMT but I have noticed over the last 4 to 8 weeks the reboot is now talking a lot longer to recover, sometimes 4 mins. This is causing issue with door alerts as they are not sent during this period and I have had to purchase another alert system to cover this emergency door. I'm also trying to refresh the IOS app during this time shows errors. It used to be ok, I have been using these for 10 years and it was only down for 1 mins but now it’s impacting on customer system alerts and coverage of vital doors.

I hope you can investigate and try and get "it back" to a shorter reboot time.

I understand its 3:00am in the USA, California but its bang in the busy monring period in UK. Which is not good.

Hope you can fix

thanks

Thanks for the heads up we will investigate, even with a complete server reboot the down time should not exceed more than 1 minute, so this is strange.

Based on some research and checking log files, this may have been caused by recent update made to .NetFramework version in order to support Google's new Android push notification system (Google retiring original version).  I did some change, and so far based on log file the issue seems to have been resolved.  The server reboot (actually it is called "AppPool Recycle" which should take less than 30 seconds) still happens at 11AM UTC.  Please check tomorrow if this issue is resolved.  Also please suggest a daily recycle time that would not inconvenience you.

Hi support

22:00 ( 11:00pm) California time would be 6:00am UK time would that work for both customer base for the server reboot time which would have the min impact of both?
thanks
