Feature request: "When door is closed for 30 minutes"

I just got my sensors and am quite excited (I'd been wanting something like this for a while, and didn't know these existed). Most of mine are set to door mode, which appears to be able to send notifications when a door has been _open_ for a while, but I would like the opposite. I would like a notification if the door has been _closed_ for 30 minutes.

My use case is that I keep the litter box for our cats in a bathroom. I want to make sure nobody leaves the door closed (because then the cats would have nowhere to go...). The bathroom does get used so the door isn't always open to the same position, and I would like it to show up as "open" in the event log (eg., I don't want to arm it in the open position such that it appears "open" only when the door is fully closed).

Answering my own question, it now appears that KumoApps are the way to implement features that aren't otherwise implemented. The 'door closed too long' app did the trick.
