Setting default view for temperature to Daily?

I always use the Daily graph for the temperature, so that I can easily compare between days, as opposed to using the 24 hr view that is default.  Is there a way to default it back to the Daily Graphs like it was previously?

Also, I have 5 tags, and the order of the tags in the graphs changes, so that the colors keep changing.  Is there a way to ensure that the order is maintained so that it's easy to see day-to-day via the color?
