Alert "Is getting too Wet 95% damage can occur"

Hi Support

There is a system generated push alert that we have no control over. The “Getting to Wet” I have a tag with two plastic bags around it and sealed with tape and I still get these alerts. I have had the tag for years and its working well.

The random push alerts wake me at night. Can we have a option to send these as a  Email and or push alerts? Or to turn them off? Please give us the option

Steve,  Did you purge the bags of all moisture before you sealed them?  Maybe put a desiccant in the bag and then seal it.  Cheers, Fred
