Whereabouts of second tag

Greetings,

I received my Pro Accel Tag on April 20th as a replacement for the failed rainproof tag.  Thank you.  However I also included a second failing tag in my package to you.  It, or a replacement for it, was not in the post along with the Pro Access Tag.  Will you please advise the status of the second tag?

Your second tag was NOT rain proof version and was corroded, and could not be repaired. If a tag that is not rain proof version, has any sign of corrosion, it will not be covered by warranty.

Thank you for the fast reply.  I realize that my second tag was not a rain proof tag.  It was ordinary tag.  However it was placed in the refrigerator like your website shows. So those are not under warranty either ?  Thank you.

It depends on the humidity inside the refrigerator, and if you have taken it out and allowed dew/condensation to form on it many times.
