Tag manager off line...

How can I have only one tag manager off line?

Previously, both tags frequently going on/off line.

Any suggestions?

Before we replace the tag manager, can you try swap the connection of these 2 tag managers, i.e. make them use each other's Ethernet cable and Ethernet jack connection. If the bad one still continues to go offline while the good one keeps online, then we know for sure the tag manager has hardware defect.

The tag manager is definitely at fault. After switching them around...
I was running wire shark, and I notice this too was going on when the wireless tag goes off line.
seems like it looses the IP address's should be 192.168.1.10 and 192.168.1.187

Either way, I need a new TagManager shipped out to me. djca...@rogers.com

OK this is a definitive proof the tag manager is bad. Thanks for investigating. We will send a new tag manager out next Monday.
