"Network connection issue" happen while changing the update time interval.

Hi guys, 

A problem came up today while I change the update time interval of sensor tag from 4 hours into 10 seconds. (The 10 seconds intervals set by another fellow in my office). 

However, it could not be successfully changed to 10s. It always show "network connection issue" 

Does anybody know how to solve this??   Please help.

This error indicates internet connection error between your web browser to mytaglist.com.
