1. Take out battery and put it back in. (before you do this, change tag manager receiver mode to "Wide-band", i.e. http://store.wirelesstag.net/pages/support#wideband)2. If nothing happens, swipe magnet on the left side to see if it starts to flash, if it does associate3. If still not working, short square hole with middle hole with a good battery inserted, then back to 2.4. contact support and request a prepaid return shipping label and send back for replacement/repair.
