Reed Kumo sensor out of Range can't associate with Tag manager

This Reed sensor has been functioning fine for probably 5 months.

All of the sudden it was giving me out of range and no wireless signal.

I tried to unassociate the sensor but it didn't respond.

I shorted the pins to do a reset. I the placed the other part of the sensor on the left side and removed it.

The red led was blinking(for roughly 2 minutes). During this time I did a search for unassociated tags from the web interface and none were found.

I have repeated this process several time without any luck. This tag manager has 3 other tags associated with it that are all functioning properly.
