sensors indicate motion when the brightness changes but there is no real movement of the sensor ??

I get sensor motion detection alerts when there is a change in brightness of the light. 

Can anybody please explain why this is and how I can prevent it? 

I only want physical motion of the sensor to be detected.

Have you tried changing the sensitivity ?

What type of tag are you using for motion sensing?

I am using 5 Wireless Sensor tag pro sensors and one rainproof sensor. They all have the same behaviour.

Contrary to what the manual indicates on the website, neither the android app that I am using, nor the web interface allow me to change the sensor sensitivity. The option is simply not present.

They are actually Wireless Sensor Tag Pro ALS sensors.
