I have two tag managers.  One tag manager is a limited user and the other is main.  If I activate the push notifications on one tag manager that has a limited user, I am getting the push notification sent to my phone and to the limited user.  Is there a way to separate push notifications being sent and keep it within the limited account?

I think I might have found possibility where I can look...under the limited account under more/phones there is a place to check/uncheck what phones to send push notifications to.  Further testing to see if that does it.

Under "Enable/Disable Push Notifications on Phones" how and where does the program poll the phones?  Can I add a phone?  I see my two phones but no phone for the limited user/s.

Because the push notification works even if you don't have the app running, there is no way to know which account you are logged in inside the app. Therefore, notification messages related to *all* users who *ever* used that phone is sent to that phone.

Thanks for the reply...yea that would be a nightmare on my side receiving all those push notifications...So I guess I will have to create a separate account for the user rather than a limited account?  Could you tell me how I can delete the limited on my account?  I created another account with his email but I can't get his off of my account.

No what I meant is you need to use a separate physical phone for the limited user. 
Once a phone is assigned to the other user, each of you can login to your own account, and remove the other person's phone from More->Phones...
