Any chance you can update your online API documentation to be accurate? 

I also updated the URL and am now running in to this error:
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---&gt; System.Xml.XmlException: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

How much of the API have you changed? is the input totally different now? XML?

Does this also mean its not possible to get information for multiple public tag IDs at a time? Have you guys gutted your APIs?

You can get the latest API information at http://mytaglist.com/ethLogs.asmx
The http://mytaglist.com/apidoc.html  is linking to a cached version of the dynamically generated http://mytaglist.com/ethLogs.asmx  to reduce server load. There is no other change (other than addition of new methods). 
To get the latest temperature of multiple tags simply call the method multiple times; your question is like asking if since HTTP can only get one JPG file at a time websites are not possible to display multiple JPG image. 
You are getting the XML error because you are sending XML to the service that expects JSON.

No, my question is not as dumb as you're claiming it is. Why waste making multiple server calls when your specific API and documentation states that all the data can be retrieved in one? And, yes, I'm annoyed that you insulted me when its your API that is broken. I'm trying to follow your broken API and that is your fault and your stupidity, not mine. 

When will your documentation update? The page http://wirelesstag.net/media/mytaglist.com/ethLogShared.asmx@op=GetTemperatureStatsByUUID.html still exists but you're saying that the actual API does not. Which is correct? 

I purchased over $300 worth of equipment from you guys based on the API documentation. If that is not going to be supported then I would like to receive a full refund for failing to deliver what was purchased.
