Cannot load CSVs

I try to load CSVs from the web interface. Both a single tag and the compound graph at the bottom are shown mostly fine. But trying to download the CSV gives an error like this:

I tried it using Google Chrome and did not get any error. What browser did you use?

That was in Safari, but I tried again now in Chrome and got the same result. 

To me it looks more like a backend problem.

This issue happens only if you choose "All Tag Managers" which was not tested thoroughly. Now it is fixed.
