I just bought the tag manager product and having the same problem like others have. I am not sure whether this issue has been resolved. I followed the instruction at
http://store.wirelesstag.net/pages/support#firewall to test the
mytaglist.com 6667 server and it did not give me error messages so i assume that my router firewall is configured correctly.
I noticed that the "cloud icon" on the Tag Manager is not lighted. The only light that are lighted are the "update" and "login".
I also noticed that the tag manager s being assigned an IP address.
Would appreciate if anyone can enlighten me.
