Support Ticket System... is anyone manning the ticket system?

I have a ticket in from 17 days ago with no response.
Please inform me if this ticketing system at "https://wirelesstag.freshdesk.com" is still active

Hi Keith Frank

Here is what we have from you in the support system. Your last order
is October of 2015. We don't have your ticket that you said you sent
17 days ago. You are welcome to post any bug report on this forum.
Please include detailed descriptions of the problem so we can fix the
problem in one try without asking you one thing at a time. You will
not get answer if you just say "this does not work fix it" and does
not include any detailed information or steps to reproduce the
problem.

Reed KumoSensor will no longer associate with tag manager #3964

One of my Reed KumoSensors, after working for approximately 6 months,
began giving me "Out of range" notice and showing an red x in the
wireless connection icon. Nothing has changed in my setup. Since the
tag was saying it had no wireless connect...
