Is it just me?

I can't get the website up, and all my tags are showing 3+ hours offline

No appears to be server wide. Ongoing for 6+ hours now.

thank you, misery loves company so to speak... at least I can stop rebooting my modem and restarting my tag managers like I'm making a difference.  Turning off all my ifttt routines and going old school with my hvac for the night

So... any chance we can finally get local control?  Is this product living on borrowed time?  Doesn't look promising, no new products in a few years.

I have been using the product for 12 years from the early days. I have nine tag managers in diffrent locations. When is goes down this long its hard to justify. But its still a great product.

No new products in forever, website hasn't been updated in even longer, lots of errors over the past week, and now extended server downtime.  Really sad to see, because I am not aware of any other product that fills this niche, but it is pretty clear that this business is circling the bowl.
Hopefully they do the right thing and provide some way to convert the hardware to local control before they fold.

I have about 7 years logged in with 2 managers.  I more or less built my hvac system around them, dampers, ifttt, ecobee, flair etc.  When they go down, and I know it happens everywhere, my house can get stuck in heat or cool mode... I'm not a proficient coder, so it's hard for me to put fail-safes in place to prevent it.  I love the product, obviously, but feel like I've painted myself into a corner.  Is Zhiheng a one man shop?  I hope he's ok and that nothing has befallen him... but the lack of communication is also a real tough aspect of this.

There have been discussions for years on being able to run it locally..  they usually kick off every time the server goes down.. but this is the longest outage I have seen. - we are going on year 13 with the tags and for the most part they have been solid.. all 10 of mine still work great

I don't know the financials, or how many of us there are that are users, but after sales, is there any revenue to speak of to support servers and programming etc?  I'd be willing to pay a monthly or annual fee to keep the company afloat, or would definitely support running it locally for free.  I'm trying to see it from the pov of Cao Gadgets.
