Not able to get Tag Manger on line at all

I have bought a new router as well as trying to open up the two ports and I cannot get the tag manager  online (please see photos)  It seems that the customer service for this is at best  2/10.  have not heard back from tech support for 7 days???  any help whit this would be wonderful.  I would expect a little more for a unit and tags that cost what these did. Thanks for any help !

Hi Zac

I'm sure you have made sure you can access ports HTTP (port 80) and port 6667 on your router? try removing all port restrictions and working your way back. I have several managers connected to 4g fail-over sims and server different routers and all working. I have only seen this when the server is down, its ok at the moment or internet is down or ports restricted.

I already replied to your ticket, the tag manager was successfully
connected on 4/25/2016 9:54:15 PM GMT. I asked you if you remember
connecting the tag manager at that time. Have you moved the tag
manager to another location after that?
