Delayed offline notifications and email alerts

Hello,

Some tag managers take about 5 hours to send the offline notifications. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'm having a big trouble with a customer due to these late notifications.

My off line alerts are really fast about 5 mins they are sent

I get my emai and push about 5 mins after off line
