When I try to associate my first tag (ALS Pro) with my tag manager, it won't show up at all unless I set the Mode to Medium. When that happens it is eventually found - the wifi icon starts slowly fading in and out on the manager, and the light on the tag starts flashing erratically.

When I click "Associate" I get a message saying the tag didn't respond, and eventually the light turns off completely on the tag. I then have to open it up and remove and replace the battery to get the light to flash again.

This is a lot more trouble than I had hoped... :/

Tags and manager purchased in April 2017.

It appears to be a defective tag or tag manager, do you have another tag that associates just fine with your tag manager?

Just pulled the tab out of my other tag and it also doesn't work. Faulty tag manager then?

Just tried again and it worked when I put the tag away from my computer. Interference?

First tag also worked on the third try, though the battery is now down to 80% - guess even though the light wasn't flashing it was trying to pair all day and all night?
