It appears to be a defective tag or tag manager, do you have another tag that associates just fine with your tag manager?

When I try to associate my first tag (ALS Pro) with my tag manager, it won't show up at all unless I set the Mode to Medium. When that happens it is eventually found - the wifi icon starts slowly fading in and out on the manager, and the light on the tag starts flashing erratically. When I click "Associate" I get a message saying the tag didn't respond, and eventually the light turns off completely on the tag. I then have to open it up and remove and replace the battery to get the light to flash again. This is a lot more trouble than I had hoped... :/Tags and manager purchased in April 2017.
