African Social Bookmarking Website

Hello Everybody - I come from Togo and my interests and trainings are
focused on wireless telecommunication and entrepreneurship in Africa.
In the context of a project for my entrepreneurial field study class,
I am trying to determine the desirability of a social bookmarking
website that is dedicated to stories of interest to Africans or those
interested in Africa. I would be grateful if you could take couple of
