about an easy way to get a hotspot solution:
chillispot on AP (look at www.3ts.it)
freeradius and billing (look at https://sourceforge.net/projects/phpmyprepaid/)
With a centralized system as phpmyprepaid you can control all the
access through the AP with captive portal on board
