Paid technical support?

Hi WiredTiger team,

We have a large SaaS application in the financial services space which we are converting to run on WiredTiger. Historically the application ran on BerkeleyDB. 

The conversion has gone (surprisingly) smoothly, and we're starting to prepare plans to migrate our production environment to WiredTiger.

We wanted to know if there is any paid support plans on offer for WiredTiger?

We are not looking for any warranty on the engine/software. We are considering a scenario like we have an urgent production issue and would benefit from expert consulting help on the issue. i.e. the ability to get paid consulting/technical support on short notice.

Another scenario might be for technical input as we use more of the WiredTiger features, e.g. if we were to adopt block replication and needed assistance/questions on its implementation.
