I have doubt in bluetooth chat connection

hai friends...
I have take bluetooth chat as a my final year project....now i allmost completed,but my apps does not connect to other bluetooth device...
i have develope the code with the help of internet...and also i checked exiting created bluetooth apps but even thats also couldn't connect....That apps detect the what are devices are available in bluetooth connection...but i couldn't able to connect.....so please help me and send me relpy i hope it............i also attach my files with apk file...please make connection and send me again.....................Thank you,
