FC Pampas cards

If anyone is interested I did some quick Artscow cards and stock. I
unfortunately have neither the computer graphics skills nor the time
to get too fancy so I used Peter's redraw as a map base for the cards
and plan on using a Sharpie to mark the city location. Drawback - of
course not all the stock needed fit into one deck so you have the
option of printing twice or using something else for stock.

if you get this played, please post a session report. for myself, i'm
a little wary of bringing this one out. i could be totally wrong, but
it just looks like it could drag, with endless negotiated consortium
bidding rounds.
