The WinPython 2023-04 build2 is out for a release end november 2023
Goal of the cycle is to:
- backbone upgrades: Python-3.11.6, numpy-1.26 with Array API v2022.12 support
- torch-2.1
- Spyder-5.5 with jedi-0.19 support
- continue exploration on LargeLangageModel at local level
