Terminal window questions

Hi: Sorry if this is a FAQ: i searched/did not find an answer.  Two questions, re: the terminal window (gnome-terminal) that opens when Winpdb is started:

1. Is there a way to raise the terminal to the foreground (currently, it opens behind/is hidden by Winpdb).

2. Is there a way to reuse (or kill unused, spawned) terminal-windows when Winpdb is restarted?  Every time I restart Winpdb (from gedit, via an External Tools plugin script), another terminal opens, and leaving the old one(s) open.

The short answer is hack the winpdb/rpdb2 code that spawns / restarts the terminal window :)

Hi Victoria,

I tweaked Winpdb sometime ago to start the terminal window maximized.

I hope the attached patch can be a stepping stone to help you to achieve
what you want.
