I want to buy a product from the states, the problem is the company charges
$70 us shipping and then duty on top of that.... I remember a while back
there was a lady in Grand Forks or Minot that would accept the parcel for us
and we could pick it up from her, for a small fee? Any information on this
would be appreciated... going there next weekend
