When to meet?

How about the last Monday of every month? Pizza!!! 5:30-6:00-ish
start time so that people can still get home early evening. What are
your thoughts about meeting times?

Last Monday of the month would work for me. My other monthly events
are typically on the second Tuesday and third Monday of each month,
and I usually have dance on Thursdays.

monday is our first meetup @ Tipping Canoe @ around 5:30. I'll make

I think if the pizza starts 1730-1800 and then the meet proper starts at 1815 or so that might work best for everyone? Then those who have to kill time can eat pizza and those working till 1800 can still make the meet proper but still eat slightly colder pizza.

How often are these meetings happen?

It takes me about an hour to get downtown from my work, and I'll be leaving for Ottawa for the summer. I would love to attend when I come back in the fall though!
