CUE License UPGRADE

Hi Guys,

 

Here is our ftp server and CUE license detail.

 

ftp server: 172.2X.10X.104

ftp user: admin

ftp pass: ccievoice

cue-cme-license:  cue-vm-license_12mbx_cme_7.0.1.pkg

cue-ccm-license:  cue-vm-license_12mbx_ccm_7.0.1.pkg

 

 

To upgrade your licence follow the following procedure:

 

On R3:

 

• Configure the service-enging interface according to the Lab specs.
• Estbilish a seessin to CUE
• Once you are in the CUE , verify you can reach the ftp server pinging the IP Address.
• On CUE priviledge mode type the folowing command:  

CUE#   software install clean url ftp://172.2X.10X.104/cue-vm-license_12mbx_cme_7.0.1.pkg  username  admin  password ccievoice

 

 

And follow the instruction.  Change the filename according the license requirement.
