Globalization not working when Sub is Active

Harith,

I have been studying using Pub and only enabling the Call Manager
Service on Sub closser to the end of all my configuration.

i have found that when i configure Globalization or Plus dialing when
Sub is the Active Call Manager, the + sign is not recieved by the
phones for incoming calls on my MGCP Gayeways. If I make the
Publisher primary and take the Subscriber offline, it works fine, and
I get the + on my phone.

Am I doing something wrong. I have tried a forced database sync from
the CLI, and this has not fixed the issue.

Is this a bug, or is there something I am missing??
