1.After every 10 drawings,The leftover numbers,which never came out
within past 10 drawings,should be about 2-3-4 numbers

2.After Every 17 drawings,the average leftover number is about 3.8.And
they will continue coming out within last three leftover numbers of
every 17 drawings .

3.Delete numbers that come out more than 3 times(=4 times or more)
within past 5 drawings.

4.Delete numbers that come out more than 5 times(=6 times or more )
within past 10 drawings.

5.Delete numbers that come out more than 4 times(=5 times or more )
within past 8 drawings.
