Trouble installing in P PRO CS5.5

I am having trouble installing Winmorph 3.01 and having it work in Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5. 

I have Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.  

Perhaps that is the problem.  Will the Winmorph plug-in for Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 work on a 64-bit system?  I cannot find that information anywhere. The know that the Stand Alone Program 3.01 does work.

If I follow the instructions from Adobe to install this plug-in, the Adobe Instructions say:

Any Special Effect is available to Premiere Pro when its plug-in file is present in the common Plug-ins folder:  Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CS5.5\MediaCore

However, when I am installing Winmorph 3.01 and I check the box for Premiere Pro, it will not allow me to install it there.  I seem to be able to install only in:  Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 where the Premiere Pro.exe file is located.  Also this is where the Winmorph installer program says to install it.  While it does install there without any errors it does not work in Premiere Pro, but does work as a Stand Alone.

The two files for the plug in are:

fl-wmwarp.prm

fx-wmmorph.prm

I copied both files to the proper folder as well, but still not working.

Not sure what to do.
