Saving project

Hi,

I'm new here and I just finished my first test morph.  Now how do I save it so I can email it to interested parties?  I've tried to email the project to myself, but when I try to open it in my email, I get a message saying windows cannot open the file.  I've tried using both .avi and .jpg extensions and cannot get either to open in my email.  I'm using winmorph 3.01.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
