Dark Age of Camelot....though it is about dead....after that i will
try warhammer and if that isnt good i will be done with mmorpgs for
quite some time because there isnt anything else out there i want to
play

ive played WoW....well its not very good at all....soooooooo many
things wrong with it...it can be fun....but that fun factor wears off
very quickly

I think any and all MMO's have issues and can be a grind but
from playing DDO, LOTRO, Vanguard, SWG...World of Warcraft
is by far the most enjoyable...and have the best customer service
I've witnessed. I plan on trying Conan MMO when its out.

customer service is a huge deal...and yeah WoW as long as you are a
code of conduct abiding citizen tends to have pretty good customer
service..and the fact way back in the day when the game came out and
the servers would crash and what not and they would reimburse people
for that showed that blizzard at least understood what needs to be
done in the CS portion of the mmorpg world....but in the end i never
got a character to max level...but i do that in very few mmorpgs
unless they suck me in....i have many many max level characters in
dark age....but the leveling there isnt that much of a grind....and
the PvE isnt what the game is about its about RvR(PvP)....WoW is a PvE
game no matter how you look at it...sure it has PvP but let me tell
you....THAT IS NOT PVP...and thats the only reason i really play these
games...you will not find me with a serious character on any PvE game
or realm... and the reason i dont max out is because its always just
going to be getting about the next gear in another boring(yeah i think
wow dungersons are boring) dungeon...that all you are doing is upping
your stats so you can beat the next "dragon" that has more stats than
the last....WHATS THE POINT??? there is none....but oh well!

ohh yeah i am looking forward to trying conan out as well...but from
what i have been reading they have been trying to make combat more
interesting/entertaining....and from what i have seen it sounds like
its a little too complicated...but i will give it a whirl i am sure

There was a combat revamp about a year ago. PVP wise- they did away
with rank on a individual basis. You can still go for the rewards in
BG's.
They added teams 2v2 3v3 and 5v5 with very very special rewards that
are updated every 9-12 months. It's changed alot, I play nightly.

I also play on a PvP server so if your looking for action it's
there...all depends on your guild and server. I've maxxed one toon a
level 70 Priest and have a Hunter at 67. Don't expect ya to sign up of
course just stating they've improved the pvp alot. I wouldnt DREAM of
being on a carebear server (PvE) or RP server...uggh.

IF you ever get the urge (or anyone else)-- look me up on the Azsahra
Server Alliance. I run a guild there more of a casual- serious. but my
very good friend runs a raiding guild there as well.

And Ill give MOST MMO's a free shot -- I really like to craft..which
WOW is totally lacking.
