Hi there,

This is a very good question to ask. We take your privacy very
seriously, whether it is in regards to the information you have
entered on Wink or the information you have entered on other sites
that we are allowing you to access via our features.

On our "Invite Friends" page, we allow you to access your webmail
accounts and invite people from your address books. We use APIs
provided by Yahoo!, MSN Hotmail, AOL, Google Gmail, and LinkedIn to do
exactly this. As part of these APIs, we send your username and
password directly to Yahoo!, Google, AOL, etc. and receive in return
the names and email addresses from your addressbook on these accounts.
We do not have access to your webmail account or the email in your
account. We do not store the username or password that you have given
us after we send it to Google, or MSN or AOL via the API.

If you choose to send invites to any of the people in your
addressbooks, we send them a one-time only email with information
about joining Wink. We do not store the email addresses or contact
information from your webmail account. Once you leave that page, all
the information is gone. We have not stored any usernames or passwords
or other information from your webmail account. So if you want to
invite from that account again, you would need to enter your username
and password again.

Please let me know if you have any further questions regarding this.
And thanks for asking it!
