Next Frame Button Works Intermittently

I tried converting some of my tutorials created several years ago. Everything seems to work flawlessly except the "Next Frame" button. It works some times, but not always. I also noticed the control bar does not always work. Any help fixing the "Next Frame" problem would be greatly appreciated.

My workaround was to go through a tutorial frame by frame and replace all "Next Frame" buttons with "Go To Frame" buttons pointing to the next frame. I have 15 tutorials in five languages to convert and doing the work around would be very time consuming.
