video/audio sync problems

I just recorded a long wink project using Alt/pause for input driven captures with audio commentary.
The first screen I had a long, 120 second, commentary.  From that point on the video and audio got out of sync, the audio commentary is about 30 seconds ahead of seeing the screen changes.
Is there any way to edit and fix my recording?
Is this a bug in Wink?
How can I prevent this from happening in the future?  I'm guessing to try making my recordings in smaller pieces and put them together in the end instead of doing it all in one shot.
Any help or suggestions from those more experienced in using Wink would be appreciated.

If the first screen has 120second long audio, doesn't the rendered SWF wait for the audio to finish playback and then move to the next frame? Sorry I didn't understand the issue fully .. You could also experiment with the 'wait time' field on the first frame to see if setting that to 120seconds helps in finishing the audio before moving to next frame.

I experimented with the wait time field and it made things much worse as far as syncing.

What happened is that the first frame had 120 seconds of audio but when I switched screens it continued recording another 20 seconds of audio in the first frame (for a total of 140 seconds, should have only been 120) instead of putting that 20 seconds in the next frame.  From then on, the audio looked like it was 20 seconds ahead of sync with the video screen.  i.e. I would say 'click file' and you wouldn't see the screen change to click file until 20 seconds later when the audio was commenting on the next step.

Ok, it sounds like you really have 140 seconds of audio in the first frame then and 20s of that includes audio that should actually be in the second frame. Is that correct? If so, you could use the audio editor (invoke from properties bar) to delete the last 20s of audio in the first frame and then manually record i.e. speak again in the second frame. Have you tried that?

Thanks for the tip Satish, I didn't know that the audio editor allowed you to do that but I tried it and it works.  Unfortunately, I have 100 frame after that which are all 20 seconds behind so I think it will be easier to re-record the whole thing.  Only this time I may do it in small chunks and use the copy merged to build the final .wnk file, just in case any piece of it needs to be redone it will be much simpler.
