No sound at all ?

Hi,

i am using wink for the first time and i already created some things with it that had so sound.

Now i captured a trainingsession with spoken text in it, the screencapture is ok but there is no sound at all.

when i look at the individual frames i see that there is audio recorded but i select that frame and let play in the audio editor there is nothing.

in the attachment you can see that there is a frame with 39,39 sec audio but when i click on play  in the audio  editor there is no sound the line stays straight.

Does anybody know how i can do this in a correct way ?

I am using windows 10 64 bits and Wink 2.0
