Presentations

Presentations are in just over a week. We need to have a meeting and
figure everything out.

I'm unlikely to be available on monday and will probably be barely
functional on tuesday (because, like a fool, I have left the bulk of
this essay until last minute). Given wednesday to paint I will have
high-res muse images ready for printing by thursday morning - how many
are needed? Once essay's done with I'll use the rest of the week for
art production so if people can let me know what art's needed for
cutouts/site/boxart was discussed? I'll get it done.

Personally art-wise I'm going to focus on cutouts first because
printing's an area that's out of our control and if gives more time to
fix fuck-ups. Then I'll figure out the rest.

Other people's plans? Who's doing the talking?

Hah, same as Fran regarding essay. And ooh, boxart, there's a point.
What was Pete doing about like, logo design or something?

I think from what Corrado said on MLE, we should probably be
appointing 6 people to chat:

"Appoint 2 members from each group for the E3 presentations, ideally a
designer and programmer/designer.
Appoint 2 members for the hands on session
Appoint 2 members for the crit but all of you will be able to pitch
in."



P.S. Please don't actually make me dress up as a Muse. I won't mind
making and wearing wings, but I draw the line at being tangoed.

Wednesday is probably the best day for me as well.

If people can make Wednesday it might be a good idea to meet then. All
the rooms should be available in the afternoon so we can go into E8
and figure out what we're going to do. I should still be able to get
images done for Thursday with a meeting. If we have a meeting I'll
have a bunch of thumbnails done and people can choose which ones to
use.
