Wednesday Meeting

Ok everyone, there was some confusion to todays meeting but no worries
with that anymore.

The next meeting is Wednesday at 12pm, meeting in the SU bar so
everyone can grab a drink then if its not booked, we want to get into
E8 by 12.30pm for a big meeting.

There is a slight catch so say that the programmers might not be able
to make Wednesday, if this is the case then the meeting will be on
Thursday. I am telling you all now so you all know. This was agreed
today by 7 people all to be fine.

Its up to you what you bring to the meeting, but what we all decided
on today is that we all work on the presentation together throughout
the afternoon. I think that if we work between 12.30pm until 4pm,
maybe 5pm if everyone is up for it, then we can nail the whole
presentation in one session. There will obviously be concept work,
rendering, frapsing and obviously the presentation to build, but if we
get EVERY idea down in this one meeting and make sure that everyone is
on the same page, there will be no confusion.
