Playtesting Form

Here's the play-testing page I made on the project site, with the form
and the results embedded.

The results page is a bit odd, it seems to have the columns laid out
in the order they were created, not in the order the form has them in,
and I'm not sure about moving the columns around because it doesn't
seem to let me. I don't think that matter so much though.

I don't know if we'll have anytime to do anything with it now, but
it's there if we do. What do you reckon, does it look alright or
should I have done it differently?

I think it's fine, covers pretty much everything. I'll try and get a
build up this weekend for people to playtest but it'll probably be
without the 2D level.
