Remember, today is the first class at our new location: 90 Welsh St. 5:30pm until 7:30pm

Take your shoes off immediately inside the door. Bow on entering and leaving the premises and when going on or off the mat(in our case when entering or leaving our training room). We need to be respectful of our host's traditions at all times.
