Hey everyone!
So this coming Saturday on April 1st, I will be participating in a fundraiser to raise money for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. I’ll be doing a “Spar-a-thon/Punch-a-thon”, which is like a walk-a-thon, except we are doing rounds of sparring/punching/chisao instead of walking miles. I'll be doing chisao in the morning from 9am-11am, then sparring from 12pm-3pm, as many rounds as I can (I think 90 rounds is the max). Hoping to improve on my sparring with this!
